5月15日下午，康菲中国再次紧急召开高层会议，商议以实际行动支援四川地震灾区灾后重建的具体事宜。我们认为：如果把灾区所需要的援助按照时间段来进行划分的话，应该分三大阶段，第一阶段是救人，是灾民在震后最初一周内急需得到满足的需求；第二阶段是防御，重点任务是防止疫病发生，到那时，防疫药品、喷洒工具等等将是需求重点；而第三阶段，也就是灾区家园的重建，可能要到六月份才能真正启动，而这才是最耗费资金钱财的。为此，会议全体表决通过了“康菲大爱无疆，支援灾区重建”的主题活动，对乔总提出的三项具体措施表示拥护，并细化后形成决议，决议的具体内容为如下：

1.从2008年5月17日起，康菲中国将从每一件（桶）产品中捐出1元钱，用于支援灾区2.重建工作，活动将一直持续到重建工作基本完成；

2.灾区道路基本畅通后，公司将分批派遣员工携带物资进入灾区做义工，以实际行动支援灾后重建；

3.灾区秩序基本恢复后，公司将对受灾严重的学校进行走访，并由公司和员工认领灾难中的孤儿，对其进行全程教育资助，以回馈社会。
